Everest Advanced Base Camp

This tour is the closest non-climbers can get to the top of the highest mountain in the world and allows you to enjoy the incredible beauty of the Tibetan Plateau. To reach your goal you need to take your time to acclimatize to the altitude but what an amazing journey lies in front of you as you travel to your destination Advanced Everest Base Camp.

Tibet, with an average altitude in excess of 11,483 ft, without doubt can be considered The Roof of the World.  Lying as it does to the north of the great Himalayan range which separates it from India, Nepal and Bhutan, with its spectacular mountains, rich Buddhist culture and fascinating mix of fast growing modern cities existing side by side with glimpses of life unchanged for hundreds of years, it is  truly remarkable.

You will not be just another tourist visiting Base Camp Everest; on this trip you will be part of the support group of a full Everest Climbing Expedition. Mixing with the climbers and Sherpa's, some going  on to climb the North Col and some to the very top - the Summit of Mount Everest North Ridge. You will be able to share their tension, excitement and anticipation.
