Cost includes:
- 5 nights **** Summit Hotel in Kathmandu on twin sharing bed & breakfast basis
- Hotel or Guest house in Tibet on fullboard basis
- Peak climbing permit and Tibet visa fee for member & staff
- 1 High altitude Nepalese Climbing Sherpa per member
- Nepalese Sherpa cook, kitchen helper, Liaison Officer & Interpreter
- Daily wages, equipment allowance, insurance, food and tent for Nepalese staff, Liaison Officer & Interpreter
- Transportation in Nepal and Tibet as per the program
- 70 kg per member for personal equipment from base camp to advance base camp and 40 kg per member allowed from ABC (Advance Base Camp to BC (Base Camp)

- Air travel to/from Nepal

- Alcoholic beverages and items of a purely personal nature
- Entry visa into Nepal. Re-entry visa for Nepal. The re-entry visa can be obtained at Nepalese immigration offices around the world
- Personal travel, Medical & rescue insurance
- Personal climbing equipment
- Personal equipment (see Cold Climates Equipment List)
- Respective expenses if one returns earlier from the expedition due to sickness or other problems
- Extra High Altitude Sherpa-US$ 4400 per Sherpa.
